Working with Brokers, or directly with our Borrowers we are able to access all five Lending Companies in our managements portfolio. This enables us to fund first, second, third and combination loans between $100,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. Our loans are interest only with flexible terms averaging one year, and reasonable fees. Through a close knit small team of underwriters the process of proposal to underwriting, inspection to approval, and documenting to funding is kept efficient and streamlined.
